刘如龙,博士,研究员,上海市深渊生物圈前沿创新基地研究骨干,上海市海洋极端环境创新团队研究骨干;上海市“青年东方学者”;多次大型深渊科考航次首席科学家;海洋学主流杂志Deep Sea Research II,Frontiers in Microbiology客座编辑;Nature Communications, Water Research等权威期刊审稿人。主要的研究为深渊、深海微生物生态功能与环境效应,嗜高压微生物生理生态学,深渊/深海微生物新型功能酶等。目前已在本领域重要学术杂志上发表高水平SCI论文43篇,总引用800次以上,第一作者或通讯作者论文发表在Microbiome(Q1, IF=16.8),Water Research(Q1, Nature index, IF=13.8)等国际权威期刊。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目,科技部重大研发计划项目子课题等科研项目5项。
主要学术贡献
在深渊极端微生物生命过程及其生态环境效应等方面取得了系统的成果,近5年以第一或通讯作者发表论文11篇,包括三篇本领域的顶级期刊论文(影响因子分别为9.8,9.8和16.8)。主要科学贡献包括:(1)揭示了深渊绿弯菌具有降解芳香族化合物、多环芳烃、多氯联苯和有机氯农药等惰性有机物的降解途径,提出了深渊绿弯菌可能遵循“丰盛-饥饿”的代谢策略。(2)揭示了深渊沉积物微生物群落结构、活性和活菌群相互作用网络及调控因素,为深入研究深渊微生物生命过程及其对深渊生物地球化学循环的驱动机制等奠定了基础。成果获得了国内外同行的广泛认可和正面评价,近五年成果已被PNAS, ISME J. 等重量级期刊引用140余次,其中代表作发表一年内单篇被引23次,影响力大于本领域95%的论文,对国内外深渊科学研究具有重要的推动作用。
